NHS Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Coordination Limited (SCCL) went live on 1 April 2018. It is the management function of the new NHS Supply Chain operating model, previously known as the Future Operating Model.

As the management function of the NHS Supply Chain operating model, the SCCL will leverage the collective buying power of the NHS to provide clinically assured products at the best value to meet the diverse needs of NHS organisations. £2.4 billion savings is planned to be delivered in FY2022/23.

NHS Commercial Solutions

The NHS Commercial Alliance is a partnership of two NHS procurement organisations, namely the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub and NHS Commercial Solutions. The Alliance is one of the largest NHS procurement partnerships in England, providing procurement support for around 70 NHS member organisations, mainly across the South and East of England, as well as all the NHS Ambulance Trusts in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub

The NHS Commercial Alliance is a partnership of two NHS procurement organisations, namely the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub and NHS Commercial Solutions. The Alliance is one of the largest NHS procurement partnerships in England, providing procurement support for around 70 NHS member organisations, mainly across the South and East of England, as well as all the NHS Ambulance Trusts in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

NHS London Procurement Partnership

NHS London Procurement Partnership is a membership organisation, founded and funded by NHS organisations. Working with our members, together we support the NHS to make the most of its purchasing power to maximise investment in patient care – helping trusts to deliver the highest quality services while at the same time ensuring value for money.

NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is hosted by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) and provides collaborative and bespoke procurement solutions to the public sector. A wholly NHS owned organisation comprising an expert team of procurement and commercial professionals from both the public and private sector, NOE CPC brings together a wealth of experience, understanding and knowledge.

Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP LLP)

In 2017 CPP LLP was awarded the maximum three Clinical Category Towers by the Department of Health and Social Care’s Procurement Transformation Programme (PTP) as part of the new operating model for the NHS Supply Chain:

  • Category Tower 2 – Sterile Intervention Equipment and Associated Consumables
  • Category Tower 4 – Orthopaedics, Trauma and Spine, Ophthalmology
  • Category Tower 5 – Rehabilitation, Disabled Services, Women’s Health and Associated Consumables

This is testament to the award-winning skills and specialism across the breadth of the team. Led by Managing Director Helen Lisle, the CPP LLP is particularly well placed to understand the NHS procurement landscape bringing together over 40 years of collective experience, expertise, collaboration and market influence utilised to the best effect for the wider NHS.

DHL

Building on our national NHS procurement experience in Infection Control, Wound Care, Ward Based Consumables, Capital and Maintenance, DHL continues to place the NHS at the centre of all procurement activity. Greater clinical engagement, combined with an enhanced collaborative approach with both our customers and suppliers, will ensure procurement activities deliver products which offer quality and value.

Health Solutions Team Ltd

HST Category Tower 6 Service Provider for Cardio-vascular, Radiology, Endoscopy, Audiology and Pain Management is a joint venture between DHL and Vizient, Inc.
